Joel DeGray CEO
With 20 years experience in audio visual retail management, custom electronics integration and large-scale, high-end custom installations, Joel has done more than experience the technology curve—he has helped define and fuel it. Initially working as store manager for Fairfield Audio & Video in Fairfield, Connecticut, Joel managed day-to-day operations for this early adopting retail-gone-custom company in the early ’80s. He got his first taste of integration technologies before IP control was available. Joel was senior custom manager of Harvey Electronics for five years, where he was responsible for sales, engineering and project management. Taking his prowess to the next step, he joined the Performance Imaging team. Joel has maintained a high level of manufacturer training on all current A/V, telephony and integration technologies.

Keith DeGray CIO
Keith spent 10 years as senior advanced electronics technician in the U.S. Navy, where he ran the navigation division aboard a Trident submarine. He was in the process of being commissioned as a Chief when his tour of duty ended and he moved to the private sector. After the Navy, he went to Brown & Sharp, where he was responsible for service and support to all computers accompanying B&S coordinate measuring machines sold to customers. He also built a field service computer infrastructure, including software testing, automated billing and training of an 80-person staff. At SSA, he was the lead Hewlett-Packard/DEC systems UNIX engineer, and implemented ERP systems at major manufacturing companies, including Carlisle Tire & Wheel, Construction Specialties and Avon.

Lori DeGray Director of Operations
Lori is pivotal in making Terra-SAN what it is today. After handling several projects manually and determining there had to be a better, more automated way, she subsequently conducted the industry analysis, due diligence and end-user research that determined Terra-SAN’s ultimate focus, direction and competitive differentiators. In the development stage, she was instrumental in beta-testing the UNIX reading, importing and storage system. She is responsible for day-to-day management of the business, including, personnel, accounting and facilities, as well as being fully involved in client project work. Lori has 15 years experience in retail management and customer service, where her communication, relationship-building and multi-tasking skills have honed her into a strong leader and manager. She also has a Child Development Associates Degree (CDA) in early childhood development, and computer training.
