Return of Hard Goods:
We cannot accept returns after delivery has been accepted, so please verify the condition of your purchase upon arrival.

We will refund the full purchase price of any defective hardware that was purchased through Terra-SAN provided that the defect occured prior to delivery.

Returns for services:
We cannot give returns on digital assets, as they can be easily and quickly duplicated. If there is any problem with the delivery of your imported media, we will furnish an alternate copy of the media so you will not lose any of your collection. Terra-SAN must be notified within 14 days of any problem. We retain a copy of your data for up to 14 days, to ensure smooth installation at your home or facility. After that time, the data is destroyed to ensure your privacy.
