Shipping Terms & Conditions

Return of your digital media:
Collections of under 500 CD audio disks can be turned around in 3-5 business days from receipt at the production facility. Expedited importing can be turned around in 30 hours for an additional fee of $.75 per disk, not including additional expedited shipping charges.

Collections of under 500 DVDs can be turned around in 5-8 business days from receipt at the production facility. Expedited importing of DVDs is available on a manufacturer by manufacturer basis for an additional fee of $.95 per disk, not including additional expedited shipping charges.

Expedited service must be arranged by phone with customer service in advance of shipping.

Your imported media library:
Will be available for download within 48 hours after it is read into our system.
