How does the Terra-SAN service work?

The process starts when you fill out the order form on our website and send it to us.

Next, you ship your collection to us. You have three shipping methods to choose from: the spindle method, which is easy and effective; your original jewel cases, which are more secure than the spindle method but some cases will break in shipping; and the Vaultz method, which is the most secure.

Once we have your collection in house, we start by reading everything that is on your disks.
Each digital file is then tagged (identified) and groomed (cleaned) to meet the specific requirements of your digital media server.
