The process starts when you fill out the order form on our website and send it to us.

Next, you ship your collection to us. You have three shipping methods to choose from: the spindle method, which is easy and effective; your original jewel cases, which are more secure than the spindle method but some cases will break in shipping; and the Vaultz method, which is the most secure.

Once we have your collection in house, we start by reading everything that is on your disks. Each digital file is then tagged ("identified") and groomed ("cleaned") to meet the specific requirements of your digital media server. 

We are strategically partnered with key hardware manufacturers to ensure complete compatibility. The net net: We don't stop until every disk is tagged.

Collections of under 500 CD audio disks can be turned around in 3-5 business days from receipt at the production facility. Expedited importing can be turned around in 30 hours for an additional fee of $.75 per disk, not including additional expedited shipping charges. Expedited service must be arranged by phone with customer service in advance of shipping.
