For ease of delivery and flexibility to the customer the files are encoded to FLAC. FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) is a popular, open source, and free audio compression codec that is lossless (unlike lossy codecs such as MP3 and AAC).
Studio Master FLAC files:
Come in a variety of bit-rates, depending on how the original master was made in the studio. These include: 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz, 96kHz and 192kHz
Offer sound quality identical to that of a Super Audio CD (Stereo only)
Represent true "studio quality" and are used by Linn Records to produce the production version of CD releases
Can be burned onto a DVD-Audio disc and played back through your HiFi
Can be imported into many media players, including the Linn DS range of digital stream players.

The availability of CDs and DVDs is based upon distribution and production status. While we have several resources, the movies that are included within any Collection are subject to change without notice. If a title is unavailable or backordered, or if several Collections for the same client include identical titles, those duplicates may be removed, an appropriate substitution may be made and/or the price may be adjusted accordingly, all at TERRA-SAN's sole discretion at any time without notice.
